CapForge was founded in 2000 by Matt Remuzzi after he was laid off from a venture-backed firm during the dot-com bust. What began as a consulting business for small businesses has remained true to its roots.

Today, CapForge is a team of 90+ professionals (and growing) that provide nationwide professional bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services to ecommerce businesses for a low fixed flat rate every single month. They know Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and more inside and out, including COGS, sales tax, inventory tracking, and everything else!
