Founded in 2019, GetReviews helps Amazon sellers collect more verified reviews through QR code inserts, post-purchase surveys, and customer feedback flows. The platform has since expanded to support merchants on Walmart, eBay, Target, and more, and is now led by Noah Gross, founder of RefundSniper, one of the original refund tools in the Amazon space.

GetReviews’ core capabilities span several areas of the post-purchase experience. Its QR code review flows reduce friction at the moment customers are most engaged – right after delivery – helping brands close the gap between satisfied customers and reviewed customers by letting shoppers scan a code on a packing insert to land on a branded, mobile-optimized page in seconds. The platform also automates Amazon review requests, triggering Amazon’s official “Request a Review” message for qualifying orders without manual clicking for every transaction. Its post-purchase surveys round out the experience, driving engagement that generates authentic, compliant product reviews while also handling customer support cases.
