TraceFuse LLC, located in Nevada, (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use our services (“Clients”). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of your information through our operations, including any information you may provide through the process of enrolling for our services.

We collect information necessary to enroll Clients in our vendor’s system for the purpose of using their software services to identify and address Amazon reviews that may violate Amazon’s Terms of Service. This collection occurs through a person-to-person onboarding process, without the use of an app or digital enrollment on our site.

The types of information we may collect includes:

  • Personal Information: We may collect personal information you provide directly to us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide, including information related to your Amazon seller account necessary for the service.
  • Usage Data and Cookies: We may collect information on how our service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, our service pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We may also use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service.
  • Customer Dashboard Data: We may collect information related to your use of our customer dashboards, including active/inactive ASINs, removed critical reviews, and estimated ratings tracking.

Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of enrolling Clients in our vendor’s system and to facilitate the provision of our services, which include identifying potential violations of Amazon’s Terms of Service in reviews and assisting in their removal.

Sharing of Information

We share your information with our vendors and other partners as necessary to accomplish the goals stated above. Our vendors use this information to provide the services for which we have engaged them, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may also share your information:

  • With other partners to facilitate the provision of our services.
  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES’ CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO OUR SERVICES AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS TRACEFUSE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, AND SETTLEMENTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE LEGAL AND ACCOUNTING FEES, RESULTING FROM, OR ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM, YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES, OR THE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ASSUME THESE RISKS.
