Pricing & Billing
- One-Time Setup Fee: A $750 fee covers account setup and lifetime review monitoring. This is a one-time charge.
- Pay-Per-Removal: We charge only $250 per review that is successfully removed.
- Billing Process: Once a review is removed, your credit card on file is charged automatically. You’ll be notified each time this happens.
Account Access
To perform review removals, we require limited access to the following:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Brand Registry
We do not access:
- Your sales data
- Your customer information
- Any sensitive business metrics
This access is used exclusively to file and track review removal cases.
Product Targeting
You have full control over which of your products you want us to monitor and target for review removal. You can update your list of targeted products at any time.
Contracts & Cancellation
No contracts. No monthly fees. Our model is performance-based, so you only pay for results.
You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team.
A 30-day grace period is in place to ensure that we can finalize any open review removal cases.
